In addition, any individual or organization that has a concern about quality and safety of care issues is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission.
Joint Commission standards relate to quality and safety of care issues. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about such matters related to AD-A-STAFF may provide input to The Joint Commission by submitting a safety concern or file a complaint to the Office of Quality and Patient Safety.
